Kris Tan
Co-founder & CEO
Kris brings over 18 years of experience in project management, operations, and client services. He has led cross-functional teams across the marketing, advertising, and technology sectors, including agency-side account management and enterprise software delivery. As VP of Customer Experience at Fluxx Labs—a leading grants management platform—he oversaw implementation, professional services, and customer success. His leadership helped scale operations, improve delivery timelines, and support the company through Series B funding and a successful private equity acquisition.
Drawing on his background in service design and workflow automation, Kris founded End of an Era to modernize and humanize the estate succession process. The platform is built to eliminate confusion, reduce delays, and provide clear, guided steps for families navigating both proactive estate planning and reactive estate settlement.

Ken Schirmacher
Co-founder & CTO
Ken has over 18 years experience driving innovation and delivering and scaling AI-first platforms. His background includes leading large-scale IT projects, architecting cloud solutions for multi-billion-dollar companies, and earning 13 prestigious IT certifications. His expertise spans biometrics, cybersecurity, IoT solutions, cloud architecture, and more.

AJ Resnick
Co-founder
AJ has nearly 20 years of experience helping brands transform by adopting a more data-driven approach to marketing. Most recently, he was CMO at Wine Access, where he led a turnaround resulting in a successful exit. Prior to that, AJ was Director of Growth and Analytics at PillPack, where he grew their customer base 10x in his first year, resulting in a $50 million raise. AJ has also held various positions at advertising agencies such as Starcom and Ogilvy, leading accounts like Allstate, ESPN, and Kraft.
