At End of an Era AI, LLC (“End of an Era,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent payment and refund terms. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made through our platform.

This policy applies to all paid services, whether offered through a subscription plan, one-time purchase, or other payment model. If the Service is provided free of charge, no payment or refund obligations apply.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1 – Subscription Services

• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.

• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, unused time, or unused features.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You are responsible for ensuring timely cancellation before renewal to avoid unwanted charges.

2 – One-Time Purchases

• Refund requests for one-time purchases must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.

• Eligibility will be determined based on whether the service has been accessed, downloaded, or otherwise used.

• Where required by law (e.g., EU consumer withdrawal rights), you may have additional cancellation rights.

• Once a digital product or AI output has been accessed, viewed, or generated, the service is considered “used” and non-refundable. This helps prevent abuse of digital refund rights.

3 – International Refund Rights

• European Union/UK (GDPR & Consumer Law): If you are located in the EEA or UK and purchase digital services, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless you access or use the service during that period.

• California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): Refund policies will not be applied in a discriminatory way. You will not be denied access, charged different prices, or provided a different level of service for exercising your legal rights.

• Other Jurisdictions: Local consumer protection laws may provide additional refund or cancellation rights, which will be honored where applicable.

• These jurisdiction-specific rights apply only to the extent required by law, and that End of an Era AI reserves the right to interpret, limit, or deny refund or withdrawal requests where such rights are not mandated. Clarify that nothing in this policy shall be construed as expanding, modifying, or waiving End of an Era’s rights or obligations beyond those imposed by governing law in the customer’s jurisdiction. This ensures compliance while preventing unintended overextension of refund obligations.

4 – Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

• Services already fully delivered or accessed

• Customized or personalized features completed at your request

• Promotional or discounted offers, unless otherwise stated

• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service

• Refund eligibility is determined solely by End of an Era.

5 – How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@endofanera.ai with:

• Your full name

• Email address used for the account

• Order number or subscription ID

• Reason for the refund request

• ​​Incomplete refund requests (missing order information or reason) may not be processed.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

5 – Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. End of an Era is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors. End of an Era is not liable for foreign transaction fees, currency conversion costs, or intermediary bank charges during refunds, add on tax or fees.

6 – Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Refund Policy, such notice may be provided before or after the effective date of the update, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
