End of an Era was born from firsthand experience and a clear gap in the system. Kris is a seasoned SaaS and customer experience leader with a background in marketing, advertising, and technology. As VP of Customer Experience at Fluxx Labs, he improved operations, streamlined workflows, and helped drive the company through Series B funding and a successful private equity acquisition.

After struggling to navigate the complexities of settling a loved one’s estate, he saw an opportunity to bring automation and real-time guidance to an outdated and confusing process. End of an Era was created to remove bottlenecks, provide clarity, and make estate settlement seamless, transparent, and human-centered.
AJ Resnick
Co-Founder
AJ has nearly 20 years of experience helping brands transform by adopting a more data-driven approach to marketing. Most recently, he was CMO at Wine Access, where he led a turnaround resulting in a successful exit. Prior to that, AJ was Director of Growth and Analytics at PillPack, where he grew their customer base 10x in his first year, resulting in a $50 million raise. AJ has also held various positions at advertising agencies such as Starcom and Ogilvy, leading accounts like Allstate, ESPN, and Kraft.
